Follow these steps to choose the right purifier for your home:

1. Know the source of your water. Is it Municipal water, Borewell water or mixed water?

2. Check the TDS of your water. You can measure it with a TDS meter or with the help of any RO technician in your area.

3. Factor in the fluctuations in the TDS reading. In monsoons, the TDS might be lower, while in summer, you might be getting more borewell water mixed. These fluctuations are usually within +-100 range.

4. Choose the model as per our TDS recommendation chart.

No, and we don’t recommend using it as well. TDS adjusters are nothing but a bypass valve which mixes impure water with purified water to increase its TDS value which doesn’t make any sense.
This is just a marketing gimmick used by different companies to sell their products to unaware customers.

In case you are shifting to a new location, or the TDS of your supply water has changed permanently - you can easily upgrade to NF20/40/60/80 in the same machine by just changing the membrane itself.

Yes. The purifier is fully automatic. It stops filtering when the tank is full and automatically starts as soon as water is drawn out of the purifier.

Self service mode is a self service flush function which cleans the membrane regularly every time the filtration starts, hence enhancing its life and consequently it lowers down the maintenance cost.

Membrane is the most expensive filter in the machine and extending it's life helps in keeping maintenance cost low.

Yes, Pre-filters are included with all our water purifiers. You don’t have to pay any extra charges.

We are using Stainless Steel UV Chamber in our Pro and Pro Plus Models.

This is a common myth that we hear from our customers frequently. It is believed that horizontal position is better as water spends more time in chamber and does not quickly fall off under gravity (when placed vertically).

This is not correct. Whenever the UV Chamber is placed vertically the water is connected from bottom to top and it moves against gravity. This ensures the exposure time is still high.

So, both horizontal and vertical positions of UV chamber are perfectly good to use.

To answer your question, the UV chamber was placed horizontally in Pro series (old) while it is placed vertically in Pro(New) and Eco series.

Our water storage tanks are made of ABS Food Grade Plastic.

Warranty and Services

We provide one-year warranty for all our water purifiers. Here is an easy to understand summary of what is covered:

1. All electrical parts are fully covered under warranty.

2. Filters are consumables and are only covered for manufacturing defects and leakages, under limited warranty of 6 months.

3. Cabinet and other plastic parts are also covered for manufacturing defects only.

4. Physical damages are not covered under warranty.

We offer a 3-month warranty on all spare parts, including filters, adaptors, and other components.

However, this warranty is only applicable to spare parts installed in our own Peore water purifiers. The warranty does not cover parts installed in water purifiers from other brands.

We are sorry to inform but the warranty does not cover general wear and tear on consumable parts such as the spun filter etc. These parts are subject to regular maintenance and replacement due to usage, water quality etc and are not included in the warranty coverage.

We provide free installation service for all our purifiers. Also, any issue that is covered under warranty will be taken care of without any charges. Though distance charges are still applicable for all visits outside city limits.

3 visits are free in the first year where technician charges will be taken care by us.

Installation and Maintenance

Yes but if you live in a rural or remote area, some distance charges might be added.

We have authorized service centers in 11 cities and over 2200 service partners across India. Usually, our service is available in most urban areas. We recommend 2 regular services in a year -

1. At the 6th month of regular maintenance service, the pre filter cartridge is changed and filter cleaning is done.

2. In the yearly service, all the filters need to be changed. Membrane is changed as and when needed.

The estimated annual maintenance cost should be between 3k to 3.5k depending upon the water purifier model. Actual cost may vary depending on the water quality and how well you maintain the purifier.
